I dropped off my car at the shop and a few hours later the work was done. No problems, no delays. I would suggest depending on your needs, when you talk to someone asked. Your options for drop off and days. You might have more options than you think. If you rather not talk to people, you can just book on line and choose a schedule from the available time slots. Overall is very convenient and person at the desk was very polite. I surely would go back to this shop if I have the need. Since it was a insurance claim and my policy covered, there was no out of pocket expense for me.

They came to my house, earlier than originally expected, kept in contact and replaced the windshield while I was at the beach! It could not have been simpler. Work was high quality and the systems/camera were recalibrated. Super easy from the moment I called in to my insurance company.

I have a 31 year old car that my son and I are slowly. Restoring when a rock hit my windshield! I called safelite and the said they have the glass and would be able to install it at my convenience. The car had no inspection so in NY the bang you if you get caught driving with an expired one so having a mobile service was very convenient. The tech, Harry L is amazing ! Thorough and thoughtful he made sure the install was perfect. He even let my son and I watch from a distance which was a treat for us. He even explained the process ! I would recommend Harry and safelite .

This was my 2nd time using this location. I went here last year as well unfortunately my windshield got hit with a rock AGAIN. The guys here were great AGAIN. I got an appointment right away and dropped off my car. The guys at the Front desk are awesome. Very friendly and accommodating. They do great work here and was very happy with results. I highly recommend this location. Thank you to all the staff here.

These guys are the best! Don’t waste your time trying to get other companies to do the job, book online, set your appointment, done! I chose to have my ford f550 work truck done at the Freeport location, courteous, professional, and got it done in about an hour!! Couldn’t be happier!!!
